| Abstract: | The exploitation and water conservancy in Helong area in the Tang and Five Dynasties played an important role in opening up waste land. At the same time, it is one of the material supports for prosperous Tang Dynasty. Its ideas of rejuvenating agriculture by water conservancy are still of great significance today. |
