| 摘 要： | 中国近代交通兴起之后,公路交通中规定车辆靠左行驶。1946年1月1日,全国公路交通规则发生了一大变化,车辆统一改为靠右行驶。这一改革具有多方面的原因,国民政府为此做了许多准备工作,使这一改革取得成功。

| Abstract: | With the rise of modem traffic in China, the highway traffic rules requested that vehicles ride by the left. On January 1, 1946, however, the vehicles all changed into riding by the tight. Many factors had accounted for the reform. Especially, the national government made a lot of preparations for this and contributed greatly to the success of the reform. |
