| 摘 要： | 科学技术的发展取决于生产发展、社会制度、科技政策的合理性、其他社会意识形态的影响以及科学精神。科学精神是从科学中提炼和凝结的文化精髓和价值观念体系,求真务实、开拓创新是科学精神的核心内容,优秀科学家是科学精神的化身。我国的科学技术要发展,需要大力弘扬科学精神和创新精神。
