| 摘 要： | 我国文化遗产法律制度是中国特色社会主义法律体系的一个重要组成部分。新中国成立以来,我国在文化遗产保护方面的法律制度主要包括两个方面:一是宪法和民族区域自治法所确立的基本法律依据和准则;二是物质与非物质文化遗产保护的专门性法律、法规和规章等。我国文化遗产法律制度建设的基本目标,就是要建立起全方位保护文化遗产的法律制度,这也是我国文化发展和社会主义法制建设的一个重要任务。我国非物质文化遗产法的正式出台已指日可待。
