中部地区经济“V”型反转的可持续性分析

我国中部地区经济占全国比重在十五时期明显下滑,于十一五时期又出现明显上扬,呈现V型反转。中部地区经济V型反转是否具有可持续性,是一个对全国区域经济格局演变具有战略性影响的重大问题,因而其研究具有重要的现实意义。促进中部地区的城镇化与工业化,有利于保持中部地区经济V型反转的可持续性,进而实现中部地区经济真正崛起。在空间方面着力打造中部金三角,通过完善区域管理制度扶持中部问题区域,在产业方面促进三基地一枢纽建设、培育中部地区战略性新兴产业并促进旅游业发展,是未来保持中部地区经济V型反转可持续的政策重点与方向。
