摘    要:市场经济的新发展决定了和合文化开始在企业文化建设中越来越具有重要意义。企业和合文化的内容是一个具有历史延续性而又同时具有创新性的复合系统,企业和合文化建设就是对于这一复合系统所蕴涵的企业价值观、经营理念、行为规范以及企业精神与企业形象的实现过程。

Abstract:Enterprise culture construction is closely related to the ideas of the competition,under the market economy condition led by competitive strategy.Owing to new development of the market economy,He-he culture is playing more and more important role in enterprise culture construction.The contents of enterprise culture are a multiplexed system that not only relates with enterprise's history and also is innovated continuously.Constructing enterprise's He-he culture is a process,in which enterprise's values,management philosophy,norms,spirit and image are implemented that are included in the complex system.
