一种优化电路设计的新算法

提出了一种不仅能优化电路元件参数,还能优化电路结构的优化电路设计的新算法。在被优化的电路元件参数发散时,本算法能自动地修改电路结构,使优化过程能继续进行;当参数优化收敛,但目标函数仍不满足预定要求时,可以自动地增加一些元件,从而改进目标函数值。根据这一算法用FORTRAN语言编制的优化程序,在Dual-68000微机上对晶体管的等效电路进行了优化处理,得到了更为接近实测特性的等效电路,从而证明了本算法的有效性。

A NEW ALGORITHM FOR THE OPTIMIZATION DESIGN OF ELECTRONIC CIRCUITS

A new algorithm for the optimization design of electronic circuits is investigated. The features of this algorithm are that it does not only optimize the parameters of eletrical components, but also optimize the structure of the circuits. This algorithm can automatically modify the structure of the circuits when some parameters do not converge and keeps the program running on .When the results of the optimization show that all of the parameters converge, but the values of the goal function still do not satisfy the requirements, this algorithm can make the computer automatically adding new components to improve the characters of the electronic circuits. According this algorithm, a program is written with FORTRAN language and implemented on a DUAL-68000 microcomputer to optimize the equivalent circuits of the transistors. The results of the optimization show that the structure of the equivalent circuits becomes more simple and its electrical characters becomes more approximate to those gained by actual test, th oving the effectiveness of the algorithm.
