论产权正义思想

产权及产权制度的完善或完整会对社会道德良好秩序的维护产生基础性作用。对此,中外思想家有较深入的论述,虽有殊异,但都认识到合乎正义的产权安排对社会稳定发展的必要性；产权正义所要求的产权主体的平等性、正当财产权的不可侵犯性等思想于我们当今的社会经济改革有着现实价值和借鉴意义。
