提高磨溪轻烃回收装置收率研究

摘    要:通过对磨溪10×104Nm3/d轻烃回收装置现状分析,研究了影响该装置轻烃收率的因素以及提高轻烃收率的对策。为提高装置的产品收率,在对现有装置不作重大改造的前提下,采用增大换热面积提高冷换效果、通过原料气增压提高膨胀机的膨胀比、更换再生炉内套管材质保证再生炉的正常运行,这些措施的实施使收率比改造前提高了50%。

Abstract:Several measures were present to increase recovery ratio of natural gas liquids (BGL) without changing present device in a large scale.Heat transfer effect was improved by increasing the areas of heat exchanger. Expansion ratio of expander was raised by increasing pressure on unstripped gas. The regenerating furnace worked wel by replacing its internal tubular goods. Results have shown that the recovery ratio is increased 50 % than before.
