| 摘 要： | 政治稳定风险是影响国家治理绩效的重要因素，对其进行有效防控已成为推进国家治理能力现代化的关键一环。当代中国，政治稳定风险一定程度上源于快速转型过程中利益的分化以及权力、市场、社会三者之间关系失衡。治理实践证明，培育科学的风险意识，提高党的执政能力，优化相关体制设计，完善政治协商机制、资源动员机制、利益协调机制和法治规范机制，凝聚政治共识并实施协同治理，是新常态下应对政治稳定风险进而实现国家平稳转型、有序发展与有效治理的重要举措。

| Abstract: | Risk of political stability is an important factor influencing the performance of state governance，so the prevention of it has become a key to the modernization of state governance.In contemporary China，risk of political stability in some extent comes from differentiation of interest and the imbalance of power，market，and society during the rapid transformation period.The governance practice has proved that it is important to develop scientific risk consciousness，improve the Party’s governing capacity，optimize institutional design，perfect political consultation mechanism，resource mobilization mechanism，interest coordination mechanism，and legal mechanism，and conduct collaborative governance，so that we can deal with the risk of political stability and govern the country orderly and effectively. |
