荧光探针对HAWSP 的聚集数的测定

摘    要:使用芘作为荧光探针,在三条理想化假设基础上,测定了疏水缔合水溶性聚合物(丙烯酰胺2丙烯酸钠2十八烷基二甲基烯丙基氯化铵共聚物与丙烯酰胺2丙烯酸钠2十六烷基二甲基烯丙基氯化铵共聚物) 在水溶液中的疏水微区基团聚集数。结果发现,疏水侧链上的碳原子数目是影响聚集数的一个重要因素。

Abstract:Aggregation number of hydrophobically associating water soluble polymer (HAWSP) in the hydrophobic domain has been examined using fluorescence probe as a function of the carbon numbers of the hydrophobic groups. The HAWSP was obtained by coOpolymerization of acrylamide , sodium acrylate and octadecyl dimethyl allyl ammonium chloride in laboratory. Bothmonomer and excimer emission are observed. Three ideal assumptions are applied to simplify the calculation. The polymer concentration corresponding to the maximum of the Ie/ Im is obtained , so the aggregation number of HAWSP can be calculated. Results show that the aggregation number is in proportion to the carbon numbers of hydrophobic groups.
