砂岩地层深部延缓酸化酸液配方研究

摘    要:研究了一种用于砂岩酸化的缓速酸液体系—以有机酸、磷酸、有机酸铵和氟化铵为主体的酸液体系,对其缓速机理进行了探讨并通过室内试验得出:该体系与常规土酸相比与石英砂、大理石和膨润土的反应速率较慢,尤其对粘土含量高的砂岩地层缓速效果较好;并且该体系与砂岩和粘土反应后不改变固体物质的结构,可以络合多价金属离子(如:Fe3+和Al3+),不会产生二次沉淀。

Abstract:A retarded acid system has been presented which can be used in sandstone formation. It consists of an organic acid and its ammonium salt, a phosphoric acid and an ammonium fluoride. Results have showed that this acidizing fluid has low reaction rate when reacting with quartz sand, carbonates and clay minerals compared with mud acid. It has good retarding effects especially in sandstone formation where high clay content exists. In addition, the framework of sandstone has not been destroyed after treatment and some metallic ion such as Fe3+ and Al3+ can be tied up so that the secondary precipitation will not occur.
