| 摘 要： | 在对制度认知中，对制度锚点的正确认知至关重要。在现实生活中，由于制度认知主体类型较多、层次复杂，必然会产生认知偏差。对农地制度认知偏差的传播、复制带来多重效应，如对制度锚点的认知偏差可能产生锚定效应，偏差复制、偏差传播使偏差产生累积效应。这些效应不仅使不同利益主体之间的行为产生冲突，而且还会使制度实施绩效远远偏离制度设计的预期。因此，在农地制度实施过程中，纠正不同主体以及人们对于制度的认知偏差，对于制度及时实施、高效率实施至关重要。

| Abstract: | Institutional anchor plays a pivotal role in the correct cognition of any institution in that cognitive biases are inevitably formed by people from different backgrounds.Cognitive biases on rural land system,in their transmission and multiplication,produce multiple effects:anchoring effects from the biased institutional anchor，and accumulative effects from the biased transmission and multiplication.These effects lead to conflicts among different stakeholders,and make the institutional performance far from expectation.Therefore,it is vital to correct all the cognitive biases so as to ensure the implementation of the rural land system in a timely and efficient way. |
