| 摘 要： | 隐性知识是存在于人的头脑中的高度个性化和情景化、难以表达和沟通、不易被观察和了解、尚未编码和显性化的知识,是一种主观的、基于长期经验积累的知识。图书馆作为社会知识创新中不可缺少的重要环节,其隐性知识的管理不容忽视,本文就此展开讨论。
