| 摘 要： | 我国正处于并将长期处于社会主义初级阶段,是以邓小平为代表的中国共产党人对当代中国基本国情的科学判断。改革开放以来,中国共产党人始终坚持把这一基本国情作为想问题、办事情、做决策的根本出发点和立足点,创立了包括邓小平理论、"三个代表"重要思想和科学发展观等在内的中国特色社会主义理论体系,开拓了马克思主义中国化的新境界。

| Abstract: | China is currently and will stay in the primary stage of socialism for a long period,which is a scientific judgment on our basic state conditions made by the Chinese Communists represented by Deng Xiaoping.Since China adopted the reform and opening-up policy,the Chinese Communists have always adhered to take the basic state conditions as both the starting point and standing point while we are considering problems,dealing with matters and making decisions,establishing the theory system on building socialism with Chinese characteristics,which includes Deng Xiaoping theories,the important ideology of three representatives,as well as the scientific approach and starts the new boundary of the localization of Marxism in China. |
