| 摘 要： | 语言服务概念的提出,体现了我国学者语言观的发展与进步。文章从定义、意义、任务、性质、主体、客体、空间、时间、方式和程度等十个方面论述了国家语言服务,试图搭建国家语言服务框架,建构语言服务的学术理论体系。

| Abstract: | The concept of Language Service reflects the development and the progress of the language outlook of our scholars.The State Language Service was analyzed from ten aspects such as definition,meaning,task,nature,subject,object,space,time,means and degree,and the author tries to build a framework of State Language Service in order to construct the whole theoretical system of the Language Service. |
