| 摘 要： | 石牌制是瑶族历史上形成的一种法律制度和社会组织,同时也是一种社区管理制度,它在管理农村社区中具有政治功能、经济功能和社会功能。在新的历史条件下,石牌制仍有其存在的必要性和可能性,通过引导还可以为现代农村社区管理服务。

| Abstract: | The customary lawo system is a kind of legal system and social organization formed in history of the Yao nationality. It is a kind of management system of community at the same time. It has political function, economic function and social function in managing the rural community. It is necessary and feasible for the customary law system to exist under the new historical condition. It can service the modern rural community management. |
