| 摘 要： | 跨国高等教育在经济全球化的推动下发展迅速,已经成为当今高等教育领域的一支新秀。我国大陆作为跨国高等教育较大的输入国,可以借鉴其他输入国和地区的经验做法,如,马来西亚、香港、以色列等国家(地区)在质量保障和监控、维护教育主权等方面的成功经验,以此开阔我们的研究视野和讨论问题的参照系。

| Abstract: | Transnational higher education has become a new study area in higher education with the driving impetus of globalization in economy. Mainland China, as one of the biggest countries in importing transnational higher education programs, will benefit a lot from learning and studying what other importers do. Malaysia, Hong Kong and Israel have accumulated many valuable experiences, which will greatly expand our study extension. |
