加强社会主义行政道德建设的对策研究

行政道德是政府工作人员必须遵守的道德行为规范.改革开放以来,我国已建立了比较完备的法律体系,但腐败现象仍然时有发生,行政道德失范现象日渐突出.这说明法制的实行离不开道德的支持,依法行政离不开以德行政.因此在搞好依法行政的同时,要不断加强社会主义行政道德建设,探索新时期出现的道德失范之根源,并有针对性地提出解决的基本思路和对策.

Strengthen the Research on Strategies for Socialist Construction of Administrative Morality

Personnel working in the government must observe administrative morals. Since the beginning of the Chinese reform, a complete juristic system has been set up in our country. But corruption still exists and the breach of administrative moral standard is becoming increasingly conspicuous. It is proved that the legal system cannot do without the support of morality and that administration by law cannot do without administration by morality. Therefore we must constantly strengthen the socialist construction of administrative morality, explore the roots of the present-day breach of administrative moral standard and put forward accordingly basic strategies and countermeasures to solve the problem, while administering by law.
