| 摘 要： | 经济帮助制度对离婚时处于困境的当事人产生了积极的作用,但在适用过程中暴露出制度设计简单等诸多问题。从社会性别视角出发,通过中外相关制度的比较、借鉴,提出完善我国经济帮助制度的建议。

| Abstract: | Financial assistance system plays a positive rule in helping divorcee, but there are lots of problems in application process such as the simple design of rules. From the view of social sex, through comparing and learning from related rules at home and abroad, this paper makes suggestions on improving financial assistance system in China. |
