摘    要:文章研究政府和企业联合储备应急物资的合作模式,即政府向企业支付一定比例的预付款,企业代储应急物资并在物资的质量有效期内进行动态更新.首先假设突发事件发生概率符合泊松分布,运用合作博弈理论解决了政府应急物资最优订货量问题;其次给出算例进行验证,并分析了突发事件发生概率等因素对最优订货量的影响,结果表明该合作模式能使政府和企业实现共赢.

Abstract:This paper attempts to examine the government and enterprise united reserve model,which means that the government pays a certain percentage payment of the goods,and the enterprise reserves emergency materials,and provides dynamic updating of the material quality in the period of validity.The paper supposed that the occurrence probability of natural disasters conforms to Poisson distribution,on which the cooperative game theory should be employed to solve the problem of the optimal order quantity for government.Finally,the paper verified the supposition with a numerical example and analyzed the effects of the factors such as events in probability on the optimal order quantity.The results show that the cooperation model can make government and enterprise achieve a win-win situation.
