| 摘 要： | 相对于一般证券投资基金而言，对冲基金监管在监管手段与内容、监管目的、监管对象等方面存在特殊性。当前对于对冲基金监管，存在反对监管论和全面监管论两种主张。只有对对冲基金实施适度的、有效的监管，才能趋利避害，充分发挥对冲基金对金融市场的积极作用。

| Abstract: | Compared with the regulation of common securities investment fund,hedge fund regulation,based on profound economic and legal theories,is quite characteristic in its methods,contents,goals and objects.As to hedge fund regulation there exist two opposite views named "anti-regulation" and "comprehensive regulation".Only by establishing desired regulatory systems capable of keeping hedge funds run properly and efficiently,can hedge funds make positive contributions to financial markets. |
