| Abstract: | Improving the moral qualities of the leaders at all levels is the key to implementing the strategy of"administering the country with political integrity".The leaders' moral qualities include mental qualities, ideological qualities and qualities of moral sense.To study morality, to carry out moral education,cultivate moral integrity and to do well in system reforms is the way of improving the moral qualities of leaders. |
