| Abstract: | Under the new situation of the deepening reform and development in the universities and colleges, the college journals of liberal arts should keep pace with the times, opening up and making innovations. To develop the advanced,cultural theories needs the instructive function in making innovations on the college journals of liberal arts. As long as we learn hard and understand deeply, combining in practice with precise orientations, the advanced,cultural ideas and theories would be used to guide the innovations for the college journals of liberal arts. |
