| 摘 要： | 要保持耕地总量动态平衡就必须进行土地整理。目前 ,中国继而从土地整理的潜力很大 ,其重点在农村地区 ,即采取一系列措施对农业进行整理。而农地整理必须以土地资源的可持续利用为原则 ,以保护和改善生态环境为前提 ,实现为改善农业生产条件和获取土地利用的社会、经济和生态相协调统一的综合效益 ,即生态型土地整理。

| Abstract: | This paper puts forward land arrangement from keeping total cultivated land dynamic equilibrium. Starting on the potentiality of land arrangement, the paper elaborates the methods of land arrangement on keeping total cultivated land dynamic equilibrium, and then presents the content and the procedure of land arrangement. From ecology protection angle, the paper introduces ecological land arrangement. At last, the paper points out the emphasis during the work of land arrangement in the future. |
