大学生生活园区网络软环境建设的探析

网络软环境主要由网络观念、网络行为、网络管理等要件构成。大学社区网软环境的形成,主要受社会网络大环境、大学生社区(即大学生生活园区)的区域小环境、大学生网民群体网络意识、行为、管理等状态的综合影响。健康文明网络软环境下的网络活动是大学生社区活动的有益补充扩展;而萎糜不良网络软环境下的网络活动则不利于大学生思想意识的导向、身心的健康和学业的完成。营造良好的网络软环境,需要培养大学生正确的网络观;完善社区网络管理制度;发挥学生自主管理作用;团学工作持久深入社区,消减网络成瘾现象。

Discussion on Improving the Soft Environment of the Internet in the Community of College Students

The soft environment of the Internet consists chiefly of Internet conception,Internet conduct and Internet management.And the formation of the soft environment of the Internet in the college students community is mainly influenced by the Internet macro-environment of society,the regional micro-environment of the college students community,and student Netizens' Internet conception,conduct,management and other states.The Internet activities under the healthy and civilized soft environment of the Internet are the good supplement and extension of college students' community activities.Therefore,we should create a favourable soft environment of the Internet,improve the community's Internet management system,give play to students' independent management role,and maximize what is good and minimize what is bad, so that college students can benefit from the Internet.
