| 摘 要： | 在全面建设小康社会时期,最大限度地维护广大教职工的合法权益是高校工会的基本任务。论文阐明了维护教职工合法权益的内涵和基本原则,论述了怎样增强维权力度,加强机制建设。工会维权是法律赋予工会的神圣权力,是工会的生命线。
