Al3+,Cr3+及Cd2+对日本三角涡虫摄食和运动行为的影响

摘    要:以涡虫完全解体为死亡标准,在室温(26±1℃)下研究了Al3+,Cr3+及Cd2+分别对日本三角涡虫(Duge-sia japonica)的急性毒性,并运用图像分析技术对不同实验条件下三角涡虫的摄食和运动行为进行了定量分析.结果表明:在急性毒性实验处理96 h后,在cAl3+≥0.75 mmo/L,cCr3+≥0.2 mmol/L,cCd2+≥0.006 mmol/L时,涡虫全部死亡,且致死时间与药品浓度呈正相关;在cAl3+=0.15~0.65 mmol/L,cCr3+=0.05~0.15 mmol/L,cCd2+=0.002~0.005 mmol/L处理下均未有涡虫致死现象,但对涡虫的摄食和运动行为均有一定影响;随Al3+浓度的增高和处理时间的延长,实验组涡虫的活动范围和摄食率都降低;较低浓度的Cr3+对涡虫的运动和摄食行为具有促进作用,而较高浓度的Cr3+则有抑制作用;较低浓度的Cd2+对涡虫的运动和摄食率的影响不大,而较高浓度Cd2+实验组涡虫的爬行速度和摄食率均下降.

Abstract:The acute toxicity effect of Al3+,Cr3+and Cd2+ were evaluated by a freshwater planarian(Dugesia japonica) with body disassembly as death criterion.Its feeding and moving behavior were analyzed quantitatively with image analysis technology.Under a ambient condition of the temperature at 26±1℃ and cultivated in 96h,Aluminum(cAl3+≥0.75mmo/L),Chromium(cCr3+≥0.2mmol/L) and Cadmium(cCd2+≥0.006mmol/L) are toxic to planarian,and all the Dugesia japonica died.Furthermore,the higher concentration,the more rapid for death.At concentrations of Aluminum range from 0.15 to 0.65mmol/L,Chromium from 0.05 to 0.15mmol/L and Cadmium from 0.002 to 0.005mmol/L,planarians have no death phenomenon,but they did definitely affect the planarian on feeding and moving behavior.The range of movement and ingestion rate were reducing along with concentration and treatment time of Al3+ increasing.Low concentration of Cr3+has stimulative effect but inhibiting in high concentration.The effect of low concentration of Cd2+was unconspicuous.However the locomotion and ingestion rate were descending in high concentration.
