论产业发展中的中小企业金融支持

近年来,中小企业发展问题倍受政府部门和理论界的关注.本文认为,只有从产业发展战略的高度来认识中小企业在国民经济中的作用和地位,中小企业的发展才能真正得到重视和政策支持.目前,困扰我国中小企业发展的主要障碍是融资难,只有从法律、政策、体制、机制等多方面采取综合措施才能从根本上逐步解决这一问题.

On the Financial Support to the Medium-sized and Small Enterprises in the Industry Development

In this paper, we think we must be on the industry development strategy to think high- ly of the role of the medium-sized and small enterprises play in our economic development. But nowadays many medium-sized and small enterprises are beset with difficulties in circulating necessary funds which are obstructing the healthy and rapid development of these enterprises. So the government must take synthetical measures to solve these problems.
