| 摘 要： | 追溯古代文化思想的发展,无论法家还是儒家,在法律与道德的关系上,都有互相配合,综合治理的主张.在社会主义历史条件下,法制建设需要道德作为它的精神支柱,道德建设需要法制作为它的权力支柱,二者协调发展,紧密配合,相互补充,相互促进,正是建立社会主义市场经济实践的政治需要.

| Abstract: | Tracing back to the development of ancient culture and ideology,not only legalists but also Confucians had the advocation of cooperating each other and genoral administration on relation between laws and morality.Under socialist condition of history,legal system building needs the spiritual pillar of morality and in turn moral construction needs legal system as its power pillar.Both sides enjoy coordinating development,direct cooperation,compensating and promoting for each other,which meet the political needs of establishing socialist market economy. |
