明代传统社会保障政策述论

明代的社会保障政策是中国古代传统社会保障政策的重要组成部分。明太祖极为重视社会保障,采取了一系列政策与措施保障社会成员尤其是灾荒时期社会弱势群体的生活,这一做法为有明一代的历朝统治者所继承,在安定社会、增加人口、发展经济等方面取得了积极的成果。与此同时,由于各种主客观原因,在社会保障政策实行过程中也存在不少问题,从而限制了其机能的正常发挥。

Research of Traditional Social Security Policy in Ming Dynasty

Social security policy in the Ming Dynasty is an important part of Chinese ancient traditional social security policy.Emperor Ming Taizu considered social security very important and took a series of policies and measures to secure the life of people,especially those confronted with disastre,those acts were inherited by his offspring and took active effects in stablizing society,increasing population,developing economy.At the same time,due to different objective and subjective reasons,many problems happened in the course of the social security,and all of which limited the functions of social security.
