| 摘 要： | 我国历史上很早就产生了贪赂罪,本文试图对古代贪污贿赂现象产生的根源进行了深屡次的探讨,认为应从人的自然性和社会性方面来分析其根源;并对古代的惩贪思想进行系统的梳理,以供后代借鉴。

| Abstract: | The crimes of corruption and bribe are found in ancient times. This paper tried to seek the root of corruption and bribe. The author believed it could be explained through looking into the natural and social characteristics of human beings. Meanwhile, the paper had made a systematic presentation of the thoughts on punishing corruption in ancient times. |
