| Abstract: | Under the conditions with perfect law of protecting nature,system of private property right is easier to obtain ecological efficiency of natural resources than system of public property.However,system of public property may be better in the following aspects:natural resources in which ecological efficiency of environnment is majorly developed and some natural resources which can be possessed by private members. |
