| 摘 要： | 文化行政是作为宏观的文化行政管理体制和作为微观的文化行政运行机制的总和.文化行政转型是指我国由计划经济体制向市场经济体制转轨的过程中,文化行政管理体制和文化行政管理方式、方法的转变.文化产业的发展是文化行政转型的动力,文化体制改革是文化行政转型的直接手段,而体制、机制创新是重建文化行政的路径.

| Abstract: | The cultural administration is the combination of the macroscopic cultural administration system and the microscopic cultural administrative operation mechanism. The transformation of cultural administration refers to the changes of cultural administration system and of the ways and methods of cultural administration during the process of China~s transformation from planned economy system into the market economy system. The development of cultural industry is the impetus for the transformation of cultural administration, the cultural organizational reform is the direct approach of cultural administration transformation, and the systematic, mechanistic innovations are the ways to reconstruct the cultural administration. |
