| 摘 要： | 国际原油价格的上涨会导致我国国内成品油价格不同幅度的上涨,推动石油中下游产业的成本上升,影响我国宏观调控的效果。针对这些影响,提出我国应采取积极的宏观政策:如石油进口多元化、加快石油开发企业的技术进步、积极开发新能源等。同时,在分析西部能源发展现状的基础上,提出西部能源向高水平发展的途径。

| Abstract: | The rise in price of international crude oil will cause rise of domestic price in different rate, promote the cost of mid-and-downstream industry of petroleum to go up, and influence the results of macro regulation and control. According to the analysis the article puts forward some macroscopical policies, including adopting import of oil in more ways, accelerating the technological progress, developing new resource of energy. At the same time, on the basis of analyzing current situation of the development of the energy in western China, the authors propose the approach of developing the energy in western China to a higher level. |
