大学生“村官”政策实施与成长平台建设

选派大学生到村任职是党中央作出的一项战略部署,是新时期农村发展的历史必然和现实诉求。但实际过程中存在大学生＂村官＂为＂乡官＂,＂跟风创业＂,＂村官＂脱离群众、脱离岗位以及被村干部＂边缘化＂等现象,对这些问题既需要警惕,更需要完善。对大学生＂村官＂政策的实施进行了可行性探究,提出应该为大学生＂村官＂搭建好选聘平台、培训平台、交流平台、创业平台和出口平台。

Construction of CSVL Policy Implementation and Developing Platform

It is a strategic policy of the CPC central government to select college students to work in the countryside as village leaders after graduation.It is also the historical and practical demand posed by the development of the countryside in the new era.However,there have emerged a few problems in actual practice,including the college student village leaders＇（CSVLs＇） bureaucratic working style,blind following in business starting,little concern of the people and their working post,and the marginalization by other village leaders.Due attention should be paid to these problems with necessary measures taken to solve them.This paper probes into the feasibility of the policy itself,and it holds that a good developing platform should be constructed for the CSVLs＇ selection,training,mutual exchange,business starting and future outlet.
