| 摘 要： | 运用劳动的观点辩证剖析了企业与社会化大生产和劳动方式、企业与劳动所有权、企业与商品经济的矛盾运动以及企业在市场经济条件下对人的发展的地位和作用。认为 :企业是工业文明社会人类劳动方式的主体 ;企业是生产社会形式和物质内容的有机统一 ,是现代生产方式的实现形式 ;企业是人类物化关系发展的产物 ;企业是劳动所有权矛盾运动的结果 ;企业是符合人性发展的历史选择。

| Abstract: | By using labor's viewpoint, the writer dialectally analyzes the contradictory movements between enterprises and socialized grand production, enterprises and labor style, enterprises and ownership of labor, enterprises and commodity economy, and discusses the role and the effect of enterprises on human development in the market economy. The writer believes: (1) enterprises are the main from of labor style in the industrial civilization; (2) they are the organic combination of social formation of production; and material content and the realization form of modern production fashion; (3) they are the result of material relation; (4) they are the result of contradictory movements on the labor ownership; (5) they are a historical choice which suits the development of humanity. |
