戈公振的媒介经营管理观及其现实价值

摘    要:戈公振先生是著名的新闻史学家,此外,在新闻学诸多方面有着独到的研究,但并未被后人所重视。在他逝世70周年之际,本文对其媒介经营管理观作一梳理。戈公振的媒介经营管理思想涉及广告、发行、发展战略、报纸定位、人才培养等诸多方面,对于如今的媒介经营管理仍不无启发借鉴意义。

Abstract:Ge Gong-zhen,a distinguished historian,conducted plenty of researches in journalism with many valuable discoveries,which unfortunately are largely neglected.For this reason,on the coming 70th anniversary of his death,this paper wants to summarize his achievements and mainly focus on his ideas of media management such as advertisements,publication,development,level of newspapers and staff training,which no doubt are still beneficial to us today.
