我国农村剩余劳动力流动的特点和规律

我国农村剩余劳动力流动,具有在流径性方面以自下而上流动为主,在流域性方面以制度内流动为主,在流时性方面由滞后变超前和职业转换在先,在流向性方面以乡镇企业导流和城市冗员顶托,在流体性方面素质较高而报酬较低,在流态性方面变速不居和似流非流的特点.农村劳力最终剩余同经济发展水平和人均可开发经营的非耕地面积成反比,剩余劳力在可链性渠道的流量分布与构成链体渠道的层次结构的演化递进相干,是我国剩余劳力的流动规律.
