| 摘 要： | 随着我国高等教育事业的迅速发展和教育管理体制改革的深入,高校办公室工作也随之发生变化,主要呈现出复杂化、信息化、规范化、开放化等特点.与之相对应,这些变化对办公室人员素质在政治理论修养、服务意识、创新意识和实现"四个转变"等方面提出了新的要求.
