| Abstract: | Running China in conformity with the legal provisions and building it into a social country ruled by law is the basic general plan with which the Chinese Commuinist Party leads the Chinese people to administer its own Country.Administrating China according to law is the objective requirement of the development of the situation at home and abroad and inevitability of the development of social history.The putting forward of the general plan to run China in accordance with law is of the epoch-making significance. |
