| 摘 要： | 学术界就社会主义现代化建设中人文精神弘扬问题有很多讨论,其中法治与人文精神关系是重要内容.法治不能看作只是对社会进行控制的方式,它也是一种价值趋向.法治文明与人文精神有着内在联系,这也是我们在建设社会主义法治国家时要强调德治的重要根据.

| Abstract: | Many discussions in academic circle have been held on carrying forward humanities spirit in socialist modernizations. Among the theme dealt with, the most important one is the relationship between rule by law and the spirit of humanities. Rule by can be regarded as the only way in the administration of the society. Meanwhile, there is an indivisible tie between these two aspects, which will be a theoretical base for the practice of rule by virtue while we are striving to build a country of rule by law. |
