高校女教师心理压力与应对方式的调查研究

为了解高校女教师的压力状况和压力应对方式,分析其压力来源及其与压力应对方式的关系,通过随机抽样的方式选取辽宁省沈阳市4所不同类别高校的各100名女性教师,采用《职业压力调查问卷》和《成年人应付方式量表》进行调查,并对374份有效问卷进行了描述性分析及相关分析。结果表明,高校女教师总体压力较低,自身发展、工作强度是压力主要来源,应对压力时多采用指向问题中的制订计划方式。

Research on Psychological Pressure and Countermeasures on Female University Teachers

In order to understand female teachers' pressure and countermeasures in universities,and to analyze the relationship of stress sources and stress coping way,this study takes a random sample of 400 college teachers of 4 universities in Liaoning Province,adopting questionnaires and interviews research methods.
