基于产业效率与安全的新型产业组织结构研究

随着我国产业经济的快速发展,产业组织的结构形式越来越引起人们的重视。目前,大多数企业都以自我发展、自身完善作为企业发展目标,忽视了纵向与横向间的产业合作和上下游产品的关联,容易导致产业效率和产业安全问题。基于产业效率与安全理论,提出具有纵横发展的栅栏式产业组织结构和与之相应的新型资本运行模式的企业发展模式。

Study on new industrial organizational structure based on industry safety and efficiency

Along with the rapid development of industrial economy in China, the structural mode of industrial organization arouses more and more attention. Currently, most of enterprises take self-development and self-improvement as the goals of enterprise development, while ignore the vertical and horizontal intra-industry cooperation and the product association with upstream and downstream industries, which tends to lead to problems of industrial efficiency and industrial safety. Based on the theories of industrial efficiency and safety, a new development mode of enterprise is proposed, which has a fence industrial organizational structure that can realize vertical and horizontal development and a new type of capital operation mode according to it.
