“废约”态度：北京政府、南方政府及中共之间的互动——以南方政府（1917～1927）为中心的考察

民国时期,南北政府对峙,各派政治力量在诸多领域频繁互动。受中共废约主张与北京政府废约外交的影响,南方政府及时转变了对列强及不平等条约的态度,积极充当民众反帝运动的领导者,使自身在废约运动中取得了较大成功。同时,也对其他政治力量尤其是北京政府的废约态度产生了深远影响;由于各派政治力量相互牵制、相互促进,从根本上推动着当时中国反帝废约运动的发展。

Attitudes towards unequal treaty abrogation: an investigation of the interaction between Beijing Government, Southern Government and the Communist Party of China during 1917～1927

In the period of the Republic of China,Beijing Government and Southern Government confronted each other and various powers sought an active play in the political field.Affected by the advocacy of the Communist Party of China and the diplomacy of Beijing Government to abrogate unequal treaties,Southern Government promptly changed its attitude towards western imperialists and unequal treaties,and became the leader of opposing imperialism,which made itself a success in the movement with a profound influence on other political powers in their attitudes,especially Beijing Government.It was a period when various political powers supported and influenced each other,working together to promote the development of the movement of opposing imperialists and abrogating unequal treaties.
