| 摘 要： | 在概率空间的基础上,提出了比等距抽样更广泛的等比分位抽样的概念,依据等比抽样样本,构造出总体均值估计的统计量。通过对其性质的讨论,证明了该统计量为总体均值的无偏估计,在适当的条件下,得出了该估计量的抽样精度高于简单随机抽样的结论。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the concept of equal ratios and quartile sampling,this paper gives the population mean estimator,and proves that under appropriate conditions,sample accuracy of the estimated amount is higher than the simple random sampling of the conclusions through discussions about its characteristic. |
