“跨越”设想与社会主义实践

虽然这个问题曾经成为上个世纪末中国学界的一个热点问题 ,但问题并没有随着讨论淡化而减弱或消失。落后国家能否跨越“卡夫丁峡谷”直接进入社会主义 ,至今这仍是科学社会主义理论需要探讨的重大课题 ,我国这些年所实行的各项方针和政策皆意在为此而努力。实践证明 ,落后国家要跨越“卡夫丁峡谷” ,既包括制度的跨越 ,又包括生产力的跨越。只有达到这两方面的跨越 ,才是真正意义上的跨越 ,否则 ,就会葬送社会主义的前途

Although the issue was a hot topic of the Chines e academic field in the past century,it has not become weak or disappeared with di sussion becoming cool.Whether backward countries can jump over "karfdin Valley" to en t er directly socialism or not has been an important subject which need the theory of scientific socialism to discuss about.In recent years China has carried out all kinds of policies and strategies so as to make endeavour for the purpose.The facts have proved that backward countries must jump over "Karfdin Valley" inc l uding surpassing system and productive forces.Only surpassing the two aspects,ca n we finish real surpassing,otherwise we may lose the future of socialism.
