中俄印三边合作与中国的选择

冷战后大国关系的最大特征是相互间矛盾冲突与利益一致并存 ,竞争与合作同在。从影响中俄印三边关系的内外因素来看 ,不论是现实或是可预见的将来 ,三国都不大可能结成针对美国的战略三角 ,但三国建成根据具体问题进行协调与协作的三边合作关系则既是必要的 ,也是可行的。中国应选择积极参与中俄印三边合作

Sino-Russo-Indian Trilateral Cooperati on and China's Choice

The relations among great powers after the cold war can be best characterized as conflicting interests intertwined with shared ones and rivalry co-existing wit h cooperation. In terms of both internal and external factors affecting the tril ateral relations of China, Russia and India, either at present or in the foresee able future, it is quite unlikely that the three states will forge a strategic t riangle against the US. However, trilateral cooperation in the form of coordinat ion and collaboration on specific issues among the three will not only be necess ary, but also practical. China should choose to take an active part in such coop eration.
