| 摘 要： | 在对新股发行的合理定价进行剖析和对近年国有股流通进行评价的基础上 ,笔者认为新股发行与国有股流通应通盘考虑 ,新股发行可借鉴货币发行的原则 ,稳定的低价发售 ,避免引发股市的巨幅震荡 ,创造一个皆大欢喜的多赢格局。

| Abstract: | Based on analysis of reasonable price of new stock issues and assessment on circulation of state owned stocks in recent years,author believes we should have comprehensive consideration of issuing new stocks and circulation of state owned stocks.The issue of new stocks can learn the principle of currency issue and steadidly sell stocks at low price in order to avoid bringing about large scale turbulence so as to create a happy pattern. |
