| 摘 要： | 农民工工会在维护农民工合法权益方面发挥了重要作用,但由于各种原因,农民工工会在维权过程中还存在工会本身的弱势,维权中的政府难题,行政执法部门的不合作和法律制度的不健全等问题,必须从完善现有劳动法律体系,提高农民工工会的地位,构建多方维权合作机制,强化相关政府部门的职责监督,提高农民工的法律水平等方面着手加以解决。

| Abstract: | The peasant workers' trade union plays important role in safeguarding peasants' rights and interests,but for some reasons,our country's peasant workers' trade union has some problems in the process of safeguarding right.This article takes the Lu garden labourer trade union as a example,analyzes present situation,the difficult position,and the corresponding countermeasure of our country's peasant workers' trade union in safeguarding peasant workers' legitimate rights and interests. |
